Your files
Tools on OneFn process your files entirely in your browser. Files are never uploaded: the pages are static, there is no server that could receive them, and our automated tests verify each tool still works with the network disconnected. When you close the tab, nothing of your file remains anywhere but your device.
Currency rates
The currency converter fetches European Central Bank reference rates from the Frankfurter API. That request carries the currency pair and, like any web request, your IP address — never any personal data or anything you typed. The rate's source and date are always shown next to the result.
Advertising
OneFn is funded by ads served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies or similar technologies to personalize ads; in the EEA/UK you will be asked for consent first, via Google's certified consent tool. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
What we don't collect
No accounts, no tracking of file contents or names, no analytics on what you convert or compress. Our telemetry design makes content unrepresentable, not merely unlogged.
