What this tool does
Give it a PDF and a page selection like 1-3,7 and it produces a new PDF with exactly those pages. Pages come out in the order you list them, so 3,1 extracts and reorders in one step, and 2,2 deliberately duplicates a page. Pages are copied as-is — text stays selectable, quality untouched.
Why local matters
Split PDFs are usually the sensitive kind: one page of a contract, an ID scan out of a bundle. There is no server in the loop here — the page is static, and extraction keeps working with the network disconnected, verified by our automated tests on every release.
